Hi, I’m Jeremy Conybeare
I’m Associate Director at FAL Property Group, specialising in commercial sales and leasing across Brisbane’s Inner West. Over the course of my career, I’ve been involved in more than 600 transactions, working closely with business owners, investors, and property stakeholders to help them make confident, well-informed decisions.
What sets me apart is the breadth of experience I bring to real estate. Before entering the industry, I built a professional background spanning law, retail, and wholesale across both Australia and the United States. That journey gave me a deep understanding of how businesses operate from the inside, allowing me to see commercial property not just as an asset, but as a critical tool that supports growth, strategy, and long term success.

In 2017, I was honoured to receive the REA Excellence Award, which recognised both performance and commitment to client service.

Lasting impact
Outside of work, community is incredibly important to me! I’m a proud sponsor of the Western Districts Rugby Club and enjoy staying involved in local initiatives whenever possible. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me chasing the next good wave or on the sidelines cheering at a soccer match with my daughters.
